Brings 8+ years' experience in environmental planning and approvals — from securing development consent through to post-approval compliance — to major government infrastructure projects, alongside leading client relationships and tender delivery at Civic Build Co.
Chris Gatt
Leads site operations and works planning, bringing a practical, on-the-ground approach to how jobs are scoped and run.

Manages compliance, safety systems and tender documentation, making sure every project meets the standard councils expect.
